The Advanced Placement Examinations are rigorous, demanding, and pertinacious. Students who wish to take the exam must prepare. Such preparation is marred with difficulty, waves of stress, and possibly even psychological scars irreparable. Albeit such a grueling journey, it is the anxiety of after the test most unbearable. Students take the exam in early May and do not receive any notice to the passing or failure until mid-July. Even the anticipation of opening the letter is nerve wrecking to some. But to see the results laid in view and the realization of victory takes hold, no moment in a student’s life is more joyous.
